In late 2018 the Farm Bill was passed which legalized hemp-derived CBD at the federal level. However, states or localities may enact their own stricter legislation if they want and this has apparently happened in a couple states, namely Texas and Ohio. To be safe, it would be prudent to check with your local and state laws before using CBD.

How you take CBD is a matter of personal preference. The modes of delivery include vaping, sublingual drops, softgels, and edibles. Vaping is considered by most to be the fastest acting method, followed by sublingual drops.
